Intelligent Negotiation Mastery is an intensive workshop that can be delivered in an intensive residential format or split over four working days.
Intelligent Negotiation Mastery is a challenging and intensive experiential learning experience. Attendees are challenged to identify and challenge their negotiation mindset, critically assess their negotiation skills and work to identify and improve deficiencies and learn to use the best possible tools to improve their outcomes.
Attendees will negotiate eight cases of increasing complexity and strategic value. Each case will be followed by personalised 360 feedback and attendees will learn to apply the learning from each completed case to improve their performance on the next, creating an intensive and transformative learning journey.
Completing the Intelligent Negotiation Mastery course will turn attendees into proficient, prepared and confident negotiators who are able to lead complex negotiations and coach peers.
